A clear seven-step pathway to compliance, managed end-to-end by GigaBess EPC.

7-Step EPC Compliance Process

  1. Register the Building

Register the building on the National Building Energy Performance Register (NBEPR).

  2. Gather Information

Compile floor area, occupancy details, energy bills/fuel/solar data, and building plans.

  3. Engage an EPC Professional

    Contact a SANEDI-registered EPC Professional.

  4. Conduct Building Assessment

Assessment is completed in line with SANS 1544, SANS 10400-XA, and SANEDI quality management.

  5. Submit Data to SANEDI

Data is submitted through EazyEPC and a unique EPC certificate number is issued.

  6. Issue EPC
